Do you guys recommend any stop animation software?

Here's what I need: Piglet just found out how to do stop animation with the camcorder, and he's actually getting pretty good at it. I was wondering if there was any software out there that you knew of that would help him put those photos together into a movie.

Now he's just starting out with this, and playing around, so we don't need anything too fancy or costly. In fact, I'd rather not spend a lot on it, in case he gets bored with it and drops it. He's at that age where that's common, whatcha gonna do? :rolleyes::D

If he keeps up with it, we might get him some better stuff to work with, but right now, something basic would be great. Even older versions of software that we could locate on eBay or something would be fabulous.

He has Windows XP on his computer, BTW.
