Is this a fact? or just talk?

Right now, its complete rumor / hearsay / speculation and has been for quite a while now. It is not the case at this time nor does there appear to be any real "talks" about the possibility of doing so in the immediate future.

Disney did apply for a patent that could play a role in this (see previous discussion here (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/showthread.php?t=78113&highlight=Patent)) but nothing is official. (And in traditional Disney style, wont be official till it actually happens. :) )
