My friends and I are going down for a fun trip December 26 - December 31. I know, I know, I know - it's the busiest time of the year but we have never been down to see the Christmas decorations and it is the only time we can all get off.

We originally purchased 5 day park hoppers before we finalized our flights and now it looks like we need 6 days. Is there anyway to upgrade in the park or are the 6 day park hoppers that I have seen only available through outside sources.

Go back to the source you bought them from, and they should be able to upgrade them for only a few dollars. I presume they were bought at the Advance Purchase discounted price. If you try and do it at the park, it will be expensive.

If you bought them at Disneyland.com, there should be a phone number to call on the Print at Home ticket that you can call and explain your request. They might have to switch the ticket to Will Call instead, but they can do it at a much lower price, and you can keep your advance purchase discount.

We bought them directly at Disneyland.com. So I am assuming that Disneyland offers a 6 day they just don't advertise it on their website.

If I am understanding you correctly Darkbeer, I can call the number on the ticket and get it upgraded.

Do you know how much it costs for the extra day?

I presume they do it, and it should be no more than $5 to $10 per person, though they might want to charge $2 for will call as an extra charge.

We will buy our tickets at a AAA office since we get free parking with that....IF your tickets say "WDTC" on the back, (and a lot of AAA do) you can take the ticket to the WDTC office in DTD (near Compass Books) and upgrade at the discounted price ($20). If the ticket doesnt say WDTC, you will have to go to a ticket booth, and will pay the difference between the price you paid and the full gate price for the extra day ($55). IT IS NOT WORTH IT to do it this way.
