VMK help - capture the flag level 3

My daughter finally made it past Level 2 of Capture the Flag. She got the message telling her she could play Level 3, and it said to visit Capt. Blackheart. Unfortunately, she deleted it before going to see him. When she went, nothing happened, and the game won't let her play Level 3.

Did she miss something? Is there something else that you have to do?

It did that to me also. I just logged out and back in, went to visit him again, and it worked. Good luck!
