Can anyone help me with this Yacht Club question?

I have read on a couple of mouse fansites that the Yacht Club rooms all feature balconies. The rep I talked to at Disney did not know for sure if all of the rooms have balconies, but put my request on our reservation. Does anyone know for sure???

I am pretty much a Beach Club regular and have stayed at the Yacht.I was thinking about your question and yes we did have a balcony.We had an exterior room overlooking a quiet pool and we went in Feb so it was not expensive or should I say more money than a standard room.I even went on and looked at photos and yes they all have balconies on the exterior.Im glad u brought that up.I may change my next ressie..that was nice to have.:)

Beach Club rooms do not ALL have walk out balconies, however the Yacht Club rooms, all have balconies(Unless on ground floor,then its a patio). Once talked about this with a res agent, and we both agreed that they should have made all the rooms with a balcony(at the Beach Club), as it has caused more problems, when guests see their rooms, and have no balcony. Its a big deal to some, and if you want a balcony, stay at the Yacht Club. It always seems just a little bit quiet on the Yacht Club side as well.

That makes me beyond happy. We reserved for early June and that was the only thing that was bugging me.
