We are taking the resort bus (can't do a taxi because we have the 3 year old and won't have the car seat). My question is does the bus leave the Disneyland Hotel promptly at 5:00pm or is it late?
Also will I make a 6:20 Southwest flight (i'll already be checked in) if I take the 5:00 shuttle to SNA.

You need to be at John Wayne Airport (SNA) by 5 PM to check in and go through security! I would take the 3 PM bus from Disneyland, give Grey Line a call...
