Just curious for those who are taking/have taken the 7-night trips and had dinner at Palo, what night you ended up going to Palo and why you selected that night.

I know we don't want to go the first three nights (I want Mr Niwel to get one "real" night at each).

We usually go on Parrot Cay night, Niwel, just because that restaurant hold less appeal to kenji and I than the other 2. Then we end up at Parrot Cay another night, which is fine, we just don't end up doing that one twice.
