(a.) Pluto chases child around Town Square.
(b.) Disney raises ticket prices.

Does that mean _____ ?
(a.) ticket prices would have remained the same if Pluto had not chased Children in the Main Street USA Town Square?
(b.) ticket prices must increase so that more security can be hired to monitor and restrain Pluto, and all of Mickey Mouse's friends?
