Without commenting on whether it's "the right thing to do", anyone who has a dial up connection can vote again anytime they make a new connection. ;)

Even if you have a cable connection it can be done... not that I've tried...

hmm, I did not know that. I thought a cable connection was "static". Any info on DSL? There's lots of hours I can spend at work, um, you know, not falsifying numbers on an Internet poll or anything. ;) ;)
