Sorry, I'm new here and this question may have already been covered, but I heard that if you are a CA resident you can get buy one/get one free tickets to Disneyland. Is this true?

There are sometimes a special Southern Californian special discount.
And in the past, Disney has offered a 2fer, which is also called "Pay for Disneyland, and get DCA for FREE!", where you pay for a full day single park ticket (currently $63) and then get to visit the resort for 2 separate days (within a 30 day period), one day at each park.
But Disney does not offer the Buy one ticket, get one free offer, pretty sure you can get that offer at Six Flags Magic Mountain with a coke can (Buy a ticket for $60, get a second admission for free).
It is expected that a new SoCal ticket offer will be offered by Disneyland starting Wednesday.
