I think MP should sponsor a blue ribbon committee to study this and come back with a definitive answer. This committee should meet several times at various eateries around WS lagoon while we come up with a set of directives to ensure the most complete and accurate way of measuring. then after several days of working out all the problems, perhaps testing various methods we should then allow a 10 day public comment time in which we will post the plan and wait at WDW for fellow MPers to voice their opinion. then and only then should we undertake this task and settle the matter once and for all.
