I can't believe I forgot to post this here last week...
After days of rumours and speculation Disney finally spills the beans on the much anticipated Halloween season for 2007. Beginning September 25 this year's season goes to never before seen lengths to scare and excite guests!

From September 25 until the end of October, over 10 mysterious attractions and entertainment offerings filled with ghostly encounters, will appear during the Haunted Halloween at Hong Kong Disneyland. The creepy surprises will begin on Main Street U.S.A. with the Main Street Haunted Hotel. Space Mountain will soon be possessed and be known as Space Mountain – Ghost Galaxy. The pumpkin king, Jack Skellington, will gather his friends from the dark side to showcase UV “transformational” antics right in front of guests in the all-new nightly Glow in the Park Halloween Parade.

I think that this sounds really cool and I would love to be able to attend a slightly scarier halloween experience at WDW or DLR.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (http://www.discoverhongkong.com/eng/) unveils plans for the rest of the year, and gives us a sneak peek at the promotional art for the forthcoming seasonal Space Mountain - Ghost Galaxy that will be unveiled as part of Hong Kong Disneyland's 2007 'Dark World' Halloween celebrations.

In the lead-up to the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Hong Kong Tourism Board has released it's September 2007 e-Zine (http://www.discoverhongkong.com/eng/e-zine/e-zine_current/ez_view_tmth.jhtml). In addition to the cultural and artists events that will be showcased in Hong Kong this year - including the appearance of one of my favourite bands, Nine Inch Nails on September 13 - the newsletter makes mention of the upcoming Halloween events around Hong Kong.
Included in the newsletter was an image promoting the re-themed Space Mountain for Halloween 2007. See link above.

We hope you are sitting for this brand-new set of Halloween Glow-in-the-Dark Parade photos. Our jaws literally dropped and we only managed to get them back up in time to post this fine set of hi-res photography taken in the park. Enjoy!

Bennett Shiu is another of our regular contributors, and this time he has sourced some photos from photographer Vincent Lam, which we replicate here. Taken on 25 September 2007 on Main Street, we think you'll agree these are some of the finest examples of parade photography we've been privileged to post on our humble site.
Click on the link above, one of the photos or go straight to our gallery (http://multimedia.hkdlsource.com/gallery/cat/19/) for more!
Thanks again to Bennett and Vincent for sending these in!
