Also, currently over 80% of the AGW shopping, dining and entertainment area has been leased, and only a few locations have not yet been leased.

One of the main Hotel/Timeshare locations has been signed for, and there are rumors of more of the spaces being purchased in the very near future.

As for the "Mysterious Structures" in the Paradise Bay, that is test equipment for the new "Wonderful World of Color" lagoon water fountain show scheduled to open in DCA in 2009. Multiple CM's have reported seeing testing of the equipment after the park closes to the public the last few weeks. Strong rumors have the bay being drained in January of 2008 to install permanent fixtures and infrastructure.
