Add me to the list that wants to see the next 3 voted off be: Peih Gee, annoying blonde waitress and Christian talk show host who "isn't religious" Other than those 3, everyone else seemed to be close to normal.

Chicken's refusal to state any opinion when he was directly asked was a complete waste of any experience he may have had being an older tribe member. Peih Gee reminded me of Sylvia from last season, but she was right that someone needed to step it up because they weren't doing anything otherwise. Courtney drove me crazy from the moment I saw her in the temple. She just seemed, I don't know, snotty or something.

As for Leslie being a "non-religious Christian," I completely know what she's talking about. A lot of times the word "religious" has negative connotations that imply following various rituals or adhering to a strict set of rules. What I understood her to mean by that statement was that she is a believer in Christ and has a personal relationship with him; she does not just follow the rituals and rules associated with the Christian religion. Honestly, I don't know if I could have done the ceremony either.

The annoying blonde NY waitress needs to go now. I couldn't believe how rude she was during the ceremony in the temple. I'm sure she's the type who gets all of us the moniker "Ugly Americans."

The one who walked out during the ceremony needs to go as well.

Yeah, I was referring to her as the New York bitch. "We don't do things that way in New York, and I'm a city girl and I would never be around these kind of people." So what the heck are you doing on Survivor? Because you know, they're famous for having an all-New-York cast on each installment of that show, and if you're an anti-social city girl, Survivor is absolutely the show for you.

I didn't have a problem with the woman who walked out, though I wondered if she could have at least stayed in there without the bowing and things and just stood respectfully at the back. I have my own beliefs and haven't been to church in years, but even with Jeff's disclaimer about how it's not a religious ceremony, I don't think I could have fully participated in the ceremony myself.

There are a lot more people this year that I already don't like than I remember from previous years.

I'm waiting for the Chinese opera and mah jong challenges! ;)

Survivor:China was the #2 rated show of the week!!! (#1 was football). Hope they can keep up the momentum this week although the competition's much stiffer...

Oh I am so with you all on the the "New York Bitch". Right from the start she had an attitude. I like the Grave Digger James. He reminds me of Michael Clarke Duncan in The Green Mile. So sweet.

Yes, there are some nice tummy's to check out all over that show!

I am glad Chicken went, I was getting so mad when he wouldn't give anyone an answer. It is very possible to give advice without taking over. You could tell Chicken shot himself in the foot with Frosti. You could see him give him that " Are you CRAZY?" look.

I am not so fond of the wrestler either, but maybe she will be better once she is feeling better. Peih-Gee just got a little too bossy a little too fast. Hopefully she backs off a bit. The little guy Frosti that jumped like a monkey onto that wall is a hoot. I couldn't believe how well he scaled that wall. My first thought was that he is unstoppable. NOPE, James took that wall like it was a 3 foot fence. Then Frosti shocked me by how heavy the flag looked to him. James certainly isn't lacking in the muscle department.

Frosti's parkour (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour) skills should serve him well on Survivor. I wonder if he's told anyone about that yet. He did hint that he would be good at obstacles.

James' bulk might be a hindrance if there are any swimming challenges, but he certainly seems to have agility as well as strength.

I'm glad Ashley got the boot but I swear I thought her strategy of waiting till Tribal Council to bash Dave was gonna work because of the way it was edited with everyone's expressions and all. Don't understand why Sharea was so upset when SHE herself voted for Ashley!?!? Also Leslie's whining about not having her Bible got on my nerves! Doesn't she know alot of it by heart? (It's only 39 days!) Glad Todd got the idol info from her...she's a sap!

I didn't mind Ashley. I loved her comment about voting for "Derek Zoolander."

Well she said she was not "very religous" so maybe she did not memorize it;)...but on the other hand if she's not religous then why is everything she says about Jesus Christ? I don't get it!

I was sorry to see Ashley go instead of Dave.

Serious question here: For Christians, is a Bible necessary for prayer? I'd think she would at least remember the general idea if not the exact words of whatever specific verse/section gives her comfort. I always thought you could just pray whenever & wherever you wanted to -- does Jesus not listen if you're not holding the correct book? I don't get it...

I think it's weird to be a Christian talk show host and not be religious, unless she means that she's not a zealot. Also, I've heard that sometimes, their occupations aren't necessarily what they're doing now - it might be something they've done before.

I was sorry to see Ashley go as well. I can see why Sherea might be upset - yes, she voted for her probably because she thought it was best for the tribe, but if she likes her, it's still got to be a difficult thing to do. Kidnapped chick (Jamie?) expressed the same sentiment.

Wow, what a powerhouse combo Jean-Robert and James made during the challenge!

I am a Christian and this lady really ticks me off. "ooohhh if I only had my Bible here....!" I certainly don't have the credentials she probably has to talk about Christianity for a living, but I have enough of the general idea of the Word of God to find comfort, guidance and enough inspiration to kick butt in China from memory.

I think if I were ever to get on Survivor (which I won't since I have no desire to apply), I'd wear my swimsuit & sports bra under clothes whenever I had to do anything show-related -- just in case. ;)

My thoughts exactly. They wouldn't be able to get me out of my swimsuit! :)

I was a little surprised at the level of one on one contact with the wrestling scene. Pulling clothes off and such. I always watch the show with my kids and it was a little wierd. From the previews, it looks like next week has a similarly fighting scene.

I wish they wouldn't do those fighting challenges. Someone is really going to get hurt sometime, I'm sure. I much prefer the intellectual challenges & the agility-based challenges. I don't need to see fighting & I don't need to see people eating super-yucky things.

I wonder if at some point they will be able to win back some clothing from their bags like bathign suits or something....I would think that after a week or two out in the elements and being worn 24-7 the average pair of knickers and bra would easily tear, wear out or be destroyed. They already look like they are getting all stretched out.

Especially if they keep getting tugged on/off during challenges.

I'm guessing that their personal belongings (or at least some of them) will be a reward in a future Reward Challenge. I know they already gave them their shoes...

That has to have been one of the most pathetic displays at an immunity challenge EVER. I agree with Jean Robert; there's no way that Courtney is going to last the whole time at her weight.

I'll just say thank goodness she's GONE!!!

I was disappointed that James turned out to be a schemer like everyone else but what the heck, it's SURVIVOR!

Didn't understand why Dave thought he could wrestle better without his pants...is he this season's Richard Hatch?

Loved Frosti's flip into the water!

Loved both challenges & James really kicked ***!

Looking forward to Sharea & Dave mixing it up next week!

I laughed so hard watching Courtney trying to cut the rope. The noises she was making were pathetic and didn't even seem real. And she didn't even seem to be trying. She'd smack the machete and barely even make a dent, not even really contacting one time. Amazing that she wasn't even really being considered to be voted off, even though she and Leslie were the acknowledged weakest links and after her performance was really the sole reason they lost the immunity challenge. They made up a lot after she finally managed to finish her task.

The tribe was at least smart enough as a whole to vote off Leslie as opposed to Jean Robert. As much as they might not like him, voting off one of their strongest guys at this point seems stupid. I thought it was really mean of Jean Robert to write down "Sister Christian" on the ballot. It was bad enough calling her that behind her back, but writing it down so she can see? If she has her religious beliefs, that's her thing, but I was mad that he was making fun of it so openly.

I thought they did an obstacle course in the first episode and Frosti got smoked by James.

...after 7 years of watching, I knew Sherea was staying even though it looked like she was a goner. I absolutely LOVED the Chinese family who taught them how to fish. And I'm sorry, Jean-Robert, even though your Mandarin translating skills came in handy, you STILL came across as barking out orders to people...I'm kind of rooting for Frosti, Amanda, & Todd.

Gawd I am glad he is gone.

I do wonder how much of "him" was his personallity and how much was editing of the show.

I agree, ericles, they always seem so different (less annoying) on the live wrap up show. Editing is so key.
