Has anyone tried the dining plan at universal? From what I understand you get unlimited trips through selected counter service lines for one fixed price (19.99 per day). I personally don't want to feel like I have to eat like a horse in order to get my money's worth, but my two sons (12 and 15) will definately get my money's worth. They always want to eat but never gain a pound! I am staying in Universal for 4 days before going to Disney. I wouldn't get the plan everyday, but I was thnking of trying it for one day. Has anybody used this plan?

My dad said he tried it and it covered all the normal counter service locations. And it allowed any food he wanted (multiple entrees, appetizers or desserts). It didn't apply at the little stands around the park though. All told, he felt he saved some money and ate a few things he wouldn't have tried otherwise.

If you have anyone in your family that could/would eat more than one entree, you'll pretty much be guaranteed to save some good money.
