I messed up and ended up getting pictures on my internal memory on my camera. I can not figure out how to load them to my easyshare sight. HELP!!!

I have the Kodak EasyShare Z612.

I have read my whole instruction book with no help.

OK well sometimes the answer is right in front of your face. I just needed to turn the camera on.
