Disney Cruise Line may be moving some of its operations away from its home base of Port Canaveral as its contract with the terminal expires next summer. DCL's senior vice president of operations, Tom Wolber, indicated that Miami and Fort Lauderdale are options, although it's still highly unlikely a move from Port Canaveral is imminent.

So basically it is hinting that the new ships will not be heading to PC because the port can't handle it. But I bet San Pedro could :)
