Am in need of advice. We have been told that our cruise line documents won't be mailed til the 2nd of Aug., which is 10 days prior to our cruise. Problem is we'll be leaving for WDW on the 5th of August. We have given them proof of this and are still having problems. I need some advice or help where to turn next??? Thanks in advance!!

Ok, a couple of questions, and some answers:

Did you book directly through Disney, or through a travel agent? If it is through Disney - you may not get the documents from Disney before you leave. If through a travel agent - they should be able to get it to you in WDW, before you sail.

However, you really don't need the documents. What you need to do is go online here (https://secure.disney.go.com/dcl/en_US/myCruise/retrieveReservation?name=MyCruiseRetrieveReservati onPage&appRedirect=https://secure.disney.go.com/dcl/en_US/myCruise/landing?name=MyCruiseOverviewPage), and access your Cruise information. You will need your birthdate, and your cruise confirmation number. (If you don't have that number, you can all DCL and get it directly).

Once you are in, you can complete all of your cruise documentation online. Do that, print out copies just in case, and head to Florida.

As for luggage tags, you can get those at the WDW resorts (if you are checking in there), or all of the porters will have them when you get to the cruise terminal.

The only paperwork you won't have will be the Bahamas Imigration forms. You can get those from the staff once you get in the terminal.

Even, if for some strange reason, you can't complete your paperwork online, they will have replacements available at the terminal. You may spend some more time having to deal with paperwork there, but it won't be too bad. We had a friend who lost their paperwork before getting to the port, and the staff had them sorted out very quickly.

Don't stress too much - you should be fine.

We booked through a travel agent. Though she emailed me on Friday and said she's hoping for sooner but was told by them it would'nt be til the 2nd that they'd be mailed. I have completed everything they required online already. Although I did'nt realize that I could print it off. Thank you very much Tony!! I do feel better knowing that if for some reason something goes completely wrong and they don't arrive that we still should'nt have any problems!!
