First, thanks for the wonderful videos.

I have sold three DVC contracts at VB and HH in order to free up some money for a 100-150 point purchase at CRV WHEN it is announced. What is your guess as to the announcement date?

I'm thinking early in 2008 when SS is sold out.

I thought that was still just a rumor. Has it been announced anywhere else? It would be a great place to stay.

It's still a rumor at this point.

Definitely rumour only. There'll be no new DVC properties until the last units at Saratoga Springs are sold and all the upcoming ones at Animal Kingdom and the new Kindani Village. My understanding is that the Contemporary is putting in more family suites.
