Do you know if they do pin trading on the cruise? We are going to the Mediterrean in July and want to know if we should back our pins.

During my last couple of cruises, I dont recall much, if any, pin trading going on. (At least not to the extent as it is done at the parks.) However, I will admit, I was not paying too much attention to it either.

I can tell you that they do have some nice pins available at Treasure Ketch.

I was peeking at some recent navigators (that's the DCL daily planners) and it looked they have pin trading several times during each voyage somewhere on the ship. Plus, there will be probably be several exclusive pins released during the Med/transatlantic route. HTH! :)

yes they do pin trading on the cruises. i dont recal specific times but people do walk around with their lanyards and of course trading with cast members still applies. so i always pack them :) and there should be special ones for the med. cruise. (we are heading there next week!!!)

when DH and i did the mexican rivera last year, they didnt have any pins left for the mexican cruise. but hopefully this year they compensated and made more for europe trip :)

i got some really nice ones on the mexican trip with other folks and cast members. so bring them along! :)

They have designated pin trading times(listed in navigator), where you can trade with the crew. There is also, always pins sold in the shop that are not sold on land. There are usually CMs with lanyards at the entrance to each restaurant when thay are open and at the shops.

i looked up on the boards yesterday cuz i wanted to see if anyone else posted yet about the trip and realized that we're the 2nd trip out i think, aside from the transatlantic one. so no one seems to have posted yet about the med trip...

i can't wait!!!! ack!
