There is several mornings a week that they do a Toontown Madnes morning at Toontown where you get to enter Toontown when Disneyland opens but only if you have a voucher. I am looking for some of those vouchers. We have done the MTTM morning several times over the years and it is really nice for the kids. You beat the crowds and there is a little ceromony they do that the kids enjoy.

One way - not sure if it is the only way - you get the vouchers is booking through WDTC. We couldn't go that route this time.
