At all locations that are buffets or All You Can Eat.
Infants up through age 2 are free, get their own plates and drinks.
Children age 3 - 9 pay the child price (or if on DDP are a child credit)
Anyone 10 or older pays the adult price.
There is no separate buffet for children, However, there is generally an area that will be lower than the rest and have some foods, such as chicken nuggets, french fries, pizza, hot dogs, etc, that children may prefer to eat. However, there is nothing to prevent children or adults from any part of the buffet.

My DH ate the Mickey and/or Pooh waffles from every breakfast buffet!(they are yummy) The Ohana breakfast is "family" style..they bring huge bowls of everything to your table and keep refilling them at your request. We were soooooo stuffed after this breakfast, we didn't eat again until dinner! All the buffets are open to everyone. We especially like The Crystal Palace, even though I have heard and seen it trashed as "Old Country Buffet" quality, I thought the food was excellent, and the buffets were always very, very clean and the food was fresh.

Buffets are a great deal for kids on the Dining Plan, especially if they enjoy variety. At Boma, my kids enjoyed the prime rib, and at the Cape May Buffet, my skinny 8 year old daughter will suck down as many steamed clams as most adults.
