Usually when a thread is moved, a redirect link will be left in its place. This redirect is indicated with an arrow to the left of the thread title. If you click on the link you will be taken to the location where the thread was moved.

If you posted the thread or made a post, you can always go to your profile and click on "Find all posts from this user." The search will list all posts you have made and you can then click on the one you are looking for.
