The faq says you can pay for a subscription with either a credit card or paypal, but when you actually go to pay for a subscription, it seems to only offer a paypal method. Am I missing the credit card payment option somewhere?

The credit card integration went down with one of the recent upgrades, and I haven't had a chance to reimplement it. I'll see about trying to fix it this weekend.
