The biggest summer season in the Boardwalks 100-year history is getting underway.
A Boardwalk exhibit at the Museum of Art and History in downtown Santa Cruz is
now open and there are some interesting things to see from the Boardwalk's past.

A Centennial Celebration on May 19 features exciting performances on the beach
with amazing high divers, skydivers, Papa Doo Run Run, and the Watsonville
Community Band.
You won't want to miss the July 25 screening of the 1987 classic movie The Lost
Boys outside on the Beach Bandstand. The campy film is one of the most popular
ever made at the Boardwalk.Actors Corey Haim and Corey Feldman (aka the Coreys)
may even attend the show!

The event is part of Alamo Draft House Cinemas Rolling Roadshow Tour, which
brings classic movies back to their home location. Admission is free, but for
dedicated fans Alamo is selling a VIP seating package that includes a special
poster and an invitation to the exclusive after-party.
