OK, I was looking forward to doing the Disneyland Half Marathon in 2008. BUT, I decided to see if I can do the 2007 Las Vegas Half Marathon. I signed up for a 26 week "training" group to get me ready. I have never done anything like this, and I really don't know what to expect, but I getting kind of excited. Just wanted to share!

Congratulations on signing up for the Las Vegas Half Marathon. I ran the full marathon in 2005, and the half last year. Did you sign up for the program with the Las Vegas Road Runners? They are a great group. You might also want to check out the LVM21 message board. LVM21 is an online running club with members all over the world who train for and run the Las Vegas Marathon.
