We are going to San Diego this summer, Seaworld, Legoland (we have 2 day passes to both of those), wild animal park and zoo.
I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old. I tend to like to stow some snacks in the stroller basket, but I am wondering if it's worth it to bring a stroller to these places.
What are your experiences.
Also, does anyone have any advice for timid kids at Seaworld and Legoland, any rides I should steer them away from?

Yes to all the parks you mentioned above! You can rent one at each of the parks if you prefer not to bring your own.

There are some roller coaster rides at Sea World and Legoland that might not be enjoyable for timid children, but there will be many other activities/rides that you'll be able to do. :)

Have a great time!

You will definately need a stroller. The zoo is huge and there are lots of hills. And you will be doing plenty of walking in the other parks, too, and little kids would get tired. Sea World only has a couple rides and at both Sea World and Legoland the rides are outside so you can check them out before deciding to ride. You may want to check the Legoland website for more ride info. Sounds like you will have a great trip! :)

I can't remember if it's at SeaWorld or SD Zoo, but there is a water play area so be sure to bring extra clothes with you in the park!

We went to both these parks in Feb of 2004 and my boys (2.5 and 4.5 at the time) loved playing in the water. And it was cold! DH had to trek all the way back to the car to get the extra clothes.

We are also going in there in November (but not Legoland (please don't tell the boys:crying: !)) and although my middle DS will be 6 and my DD 3, we will still bring a stroller. This time, however, not the huge double; just a single.
