I have to say StormRider is now my favorite ride, which I'll probably never ride. The article was THAT good...although the neon mushroom forest and critters on "Journey" still look pretty fascinating.

Perhaps one of the staff could kindly answer something that's been bugging me. Where did those extremely high quality photos scattered throughout the article come from? A really high-end camera, or doctored up in an editing suite?

Either way, great work. Too bad that part about the fuse going right into the fuselage is no longer a surprise :)

They almost look like promotional photos, but this person might be a good photographer and have good digital editing software as well. I do say that a ride like that which holds so many people is rather impressive, I wonder if all the cabin effects are automatically reset or if some need to be replaced by hand.:)

I like that area of Disneysea, gives it a "Myst" like feeling. :)

They are real photos from (1) someone who is a good photographer and (2) got very lucky on lighting, etc.

In general on MousePlanet, we do not do much editing on our photos. The most that is ever really done is to do a Gamma Correct and balance the levels. The only photos that really get more attention than that are the desktop images.

For some reason, I think that Aquatopia is the coolest thing I have ever seen.... As soon as I possibly can, I'm headed to TDS.... If that I knew Japanese...
