Magical Express question

I am headed down for a quick two day trip with a friend in 2 weeks.

She booked a room but is renting a car. How does the magical express work? I will need to get to the hotel from the airport but I will ride back with her. She will be somewhere else the day we check in and can't get me at the airport. The room is in her name. Can I still get the Magical Express? Do I just give her name and reservation number and take it?

I usually rent my own car because I hate public transportation. Anyone have any insight?

She should be able to add your name to the room reservation. If not, I'd just use her name.

You just walk out the doors by the luggage and there are the ME buses.

For the bus? Yes

For the room? No, just have her call and add your name to the reservation.
