I did a search and didn't find anything on this, so I thought I would post it...

I read in an article somewhere that they spent $125m on this thing. I hope it was worth it.

This sounds like it could just be the coolest thing to hit the theme park industry since the Storybookland Canal boats.
If I understand correctly the whole thing is just one big boat ride? If I am wrong someone can correct me and I will understand completely.:)
It looks like it would feel like a mixture of Pirates of the Caribbean, Peter Pans Flight, and Storybookland. Next time I'm England I'll have to check it out.

Hey, I was just about to post this same thing! LOL
This article (http://books.guardian.co.uk/departments/classics/story/0,,2059804,00.html)was pretty funny. Excerpts:
"Dickens World feels like Disney gone to the dark side. In place of the Magic Kingdom there is Newgate Prison; instead of talking animals there will be shady characters loitering in dark corners.... The centerpiece is a boat ride which, loosely speaking, is Great Expectations presented as a log flume. It's the longest of its kind in Europe."
