All right, I'm not sure whether or not I am the only flight sim nerd around here, but in case I am not I thought I would pose this question. Does anyone know how to start a flight in the air, on approach to a specific airport like Denver, or New York in Flight Simulator 2004, not simulator X? If no one knows thats fine, just thought I should ask.
