This is such a specific question, but due to my child with autism and his extremely self-limited diet, I am wondering if anyone knows if Whitewater Snacks at the GCH still offers grilled cheese for lunch and if Trattoria in DCA still has pb&j for kids at dinner. This would be a great day of meals for us while at DCA if these items are offered.

-AmyI can relate, I have one too. She is 16 though. I am very lucky, because most places will either 1.) let her eat off the kid's menu or 2.) will take the item on the kid's menu and make it an adult meal. But, she did have a Monte Cristo cheese version when we went to the New Orlean's Cafe and liked it. They didn't have anything she liked even on the kid's menu. I had to promise her she would like the cheese version. Next time, she will have a regular Monte Cristo without ham (don't ask me why, she doesn't like pork, except as gravy...)
