Just curious, do any of you Disney Shareholders who are not attending the meetings, vote on your proxy? I know you can send it in or do it online. I have not really done any research on the subjects, should I vote what the board recommends or do you think it even matters? :confused:

I vote my proxy every time, and rarely according to the board's recommendations. I do consider their opinion when researching, and often go with what they suggest, but often I find that what I think is best for Disney is something different.

I always vote my proxy, sometimes agreeing with the board, sometimes not. I have been voting it online, and this year will be the fourth year running that I attend, as well. (Of course, I'll be there to cover the event, and it's highly unlikely that I'd find a reason to supercede my already-voted proxy.)

How do you vote online? I have some shares but don't have any info from Disney yet. It would have been sent to WA but I still would have beard about anything from my parents.

Information should arrive with your packet. Speaking of which, has anybody received their packet yet? I haven't, and the meeting is less than four weeks away.

Yes, I got my e-packet a few weeks ago.

We got our packet about a week and a half ago.

Still haven't gotten my physical packet. Guess I'd better call shareholder services.

Our packets only came this weekend. They are really slow in distribution this year
