In the Walt Disney World news, sponsored by Small World Vacations (http://www.wdwvacations.com), MousePlanet's preferred travel provider. All of the news came from this past Monday's Walt Disney World Park Update (http://www.mouseplanet.com/articles.php?art=wd070122mg), and links to the various information reported can be found there.

All of the Disneyland news came from this past Tuesday's Disneyland Park Update (http://www.mouseplanet.com/articles.php?art=dl070123xx), and links to the various information reported can be found there. The ongoing discussion of the Disney Cruise Lines' move to Los Angeles for the summer of 2008 is located here (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/showthread.php?t=65109).

In the Walt Disney Company news, most stuff is self-explanatory, though here's a link to more information on John Carter of Mars (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Carter_%28character%29), which is being optioned by Disney/Pixar.

Our Tip of the Week was to write your name, address and phone number inside your autograph books (or just about anything else that you might drop), in case they get lost. With contact information, you may get your lost valuables back even before you leave Walt Disney World. Of course, if you lose anything, the best thing to do is to let guest relations know and to check with Lost & Found.

Our featured topic this week was a discussion of the changes that have taken place at the Disney Channel since its debut over 20 years ago. If you've got an opinion on this, please let us know (http://www.mouseplanet.com/email.php?type=w&w=pc).

This week's Magical Moment came from frequent Walt Disney World Update photographic contributor Brian Warneke, who sent along a wonderful description of how he and his future wife got engaged at Epcot.

Our first contest is still going on, though time is running out to enter. It's a ploy to get you to send us some ideas on how we can improve the show. Each person who sends in a suggestion or comment will receive one entry into the contest. The winner will receive a MousePlanet (or MouseStation) T-shirt (in their size) and a MousePlanet mug from our new CafePress store (http://www.cafepress.com/mouseplanet). You can send in your suggestions or comments via our

email form (http://www.mouseplanet.com/email.php?type=w&w=pc) or via voicemail on our toll-free feedback line (1-866-939-2278). You can also make suggestions by replying to this post. But hurry! Entries must be received by 6 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, January 29. The winner will be announced on our February 1 show.

If you want to contribute a story for our Magical Moment segment (and possible inclusion in the Cast Place column here on MousePlanet), you can either use our email form (http://www.mouseplanet.com/email.php?type=w&w=ps) or the toll-free feedback line. (We like when you use the voice mail system, because then we can play it on the show.)

Jesse from the MousePod (http://www.mousepod.com), the original pioneer of Disney-focused podcasting, has returned. Welcome back!

Show notes will continue to be posted in this forum. You can subscribe from the podcast's page (http://www.mouseplanet.com/podcast) on the main site, or via your favorite podcast aggregator.

Be sure to tune in next week for some great audio from this week's Walt Disney World press event.

Thanks for listening!
