Yes, the childs plate is cheaper and they have a special menu.
With our budget we were "limited" to 200 guests and not everyone was willing or able to make the trip down south.

We are figuring 60 tops for the invite...but not everyone will be able to come...
The final price...does that reflect the amount you invited or the amount that showed up?

You need to give Disney final numbers a few weeks prior to the wedding and at that point you pay for the amount that you expect to show up at that time.
If guests cancel you will still pay for them or you can fill their spots.
