I don't work for Diet Power, although it's going to sound like I do. I'm not profiting from what I'm writing here.
Does anyone else have this? I'm on Week 2 of a two-week free trial of Diet Power (http://www.dietpower.com/). Should I decide to buy it, the software costs $49.99.
So far, so great. I am very nutrition-conscious due to a lifelong battle with the scale and a husband who works in public health. I thought I had healthy eating down cold, ya know?
Oops. Have I learned things that are helping me! Like: I need to work hard at taking in more water and a pb&j sandwich on ww is far healthier than a Kashi frozen meal with all its whole grains (and sat fats!).
There are features galore to help you visualize and really understand how everything you eat and drink affects you. It's wild.
