We are bringing our two month old and are debating if we should just rent a stroller. Will they work for a 2 mo. old? We really did not want to bring ours due to they are so expensive and what if it gets stolen. Any and all advice would be great.
Also I once read somewhere all the different baby changing stations. Any advice on which ones to use and where are they located? I heard they are listed on the map, but some are better than others from what I have heard.

Rarely do strollers get stolen. Generally, they are taken for what is left in them (cameras, souviners, etc..) The strollers there are more designed for an older baby. I don't think I'd put a 2 mo old in it. I'd say bring yours and don't leave anything in it.

I agree that the rentals at Disney are more for an older child, so I also suggest bringing your own stroller. Would locking up your stroller ease your mind? You can use a cable lock and thread the wheels together to make it difficult for someone to wheel your stroller away, yet easy enough for a CM to move it if they needed to.
If you're heading to the DLR, here are my thoughts:
The Baby Care Center on Main Street at Disneyland, between the Photo Pick-up place and First Aid and the Baby Care Center in DCA near the Tortilla Factory are great sanctuaries for parents and their babies. Most bathrooms (both Women's and Men's) have very nice baby changing stations, which are the best I've seen at any public place. Some are more used than others, so if you're wondering where we tend to go:
Hungry Bear Restaurant, bottom floor
Bathroom at entrance to Tomorrowland, by Star Tours
Bathroom near the old Snow White Musical Stage
The bathroom at the "Mickey and Friends" Parking Structure
The bathroom next to "Guest Services" outside of the parks on DCA side
The bathroom right by the lockers outside of the parks on the Disneyland side
HTH and have a great time with your little one!

My advice is to take your own stroller. I had the same fear you did on my first visit with DD. We took her carseat ($$$) and a really nice universal chasis (snap N go type thing). I was very worried.. If someone stole it I was in real trouble.. I would have NO WAY To get her home. I even went so far as to confirm I could replace it at a local dealer. So I feel ya sister.
I am happy to report...we had no problem.
And I was worried when we brought our very pricey Inglesina Zippy (stroller) the first time. Still no problem. I echo the sentiment... Strollers get stolen to get stipped of the goodies and dumped. The less goody laden the safer you are.
I have to admit... I still worry... But less each time.
The babycenter ROCKS! But I'm 99% sure all the restrooms have changing stations. But we have changed DD in her stroller in a pinch.
My own totally crazy mom tip... Pack a smaller diaper bag that is easy to remove from the stroller for rides. I figure my stroller with no diaper bag is not a very desirable target.... Then pack a huge diaper bag and keep it in a locker( you can go in and out all day). I take 20 diapers, 2 changes of clothes, a large wipe refill, 5 pacifiers and atleast 1 blanket (I learned this lesson the hard way) and just keep it in the locker.
We took Ava when she was almost 3 months. It was great and each time has gotten better.
Have a wonderful time!
