Hey does anyone know where to get a map that list all of the cities? That you could put on a website or something like that. Its for my website show i can show where i have been and stuff

You can make one with MapPoint.

Or you could pay a visit to the USGS (http://www.usgs.gov/), or to the National Atlas. (http://nationalatlas.gov/) I've used both to generate maps for vacation albums, and since they're government publications, you won't run into any copyright issues.
