We have been to restaurants in the past with our 2 year old, but she's always split with her sister. She will be 3 soon and sometimes wants more of her sister's food. She won't eat a full kid's meal, but her sister usually can. I know at the character breakfast buffets she can just eat for free, but what about Ariel's and Blue Bayou? I have heard others say they got a kid's meal for free because kids under 3 eat for free. I'm not trying to cheat Disney, but if that policy is true shouldn't they give her a meal? Do you have to ask?

BB doesn't require kids to eat anything. When we went last fall, there was a day I was alone with my kids, between my DH and my mom joining us and leaving us, and my kids were 4 and 2, we had lunch at BB. The waiter brought a drink for my 2yo, did not charge us, and then he just shared off my plate and his brothers, who had the Monte Cristo. I know that Ariel's wanted to charge us when my oldest was 3, he was sick and didn't eat a thing, but they said they charge per person. We talked to a supervisor who cleared it, my son didn't eat a thing, not even the cotton candy they bring after the meal. They did not charge us for my younger one, who was 1 1/2 at the time.
