Has anyone had experience taking a 2 year old boy on some of the Frontierland attractions, like the Riverboat, Sailing Ship, rafts or canoes? I haven't been on any of these things since I was probably 10 years old, they just never appealed to my girly nature I guess.
I am looking forward to doing some of this stuff and experiencing it through his eyes!

The keel boats are gone, the rafts are only for transportation back/forth to Tom Sawyers Island, the canoes, while you can take him he won't appreciate it and chances are he's going to get wet and/or bored...the Twain is a lovely 20 minute relaxing ride ...the shooting gallery is probably over his head, the BTRR he'd be too short for. I haven't been on the Columbia (pirate ship) since the refurb so no input there.
Tom Sawyer's Island should be a great place to let him explore! Jungle Cruise was enjoyed by our 16 mo boy this summer too.
We also "take 5" in critter country, where it dead ends. It's shady, has places to sit, and room for a toddler to move around. Also photo ops for Pooh & Co. (although lines tend to be while).

Both my 1 year old daughter (now) and (then) two year old boy loved the canoes. She got excited being splashed and he liked paddling with dad. The Riverboat and pirateship were OK and they enjoyed the rafts. He probably will love the caves.
