Humm.. I didn't get the Disneyland tickets through them either because I am getting AP's. I wonder if that's why I didn't get the lanyard/pin. Maybe they don't give the DL pin, if you don't get the DL tickets. Bummer! :crying:

I wrote them because I too booked a hotel but didn't order tickets and expected the pin etc...They were incredibly nice, said sorry for the misunderstanding and we'll have those things sent out to you as a courtesy. I really like this company..got a great rate at PPH....

I received my lanyard and pin today. I got my hotel last spring so no lanyard. I ordered tickets for just universal studios and some character dinning (getting our DL tickets through the gay days site) and still no lanyard. So I called and asked why and they said since I ordered seperate they didn't send one but no problem and they sent one immediately and I received it today. They really have been a great company to work with.

I really think they should win some sort of award for how friendly they are. We booked in early May for a trip in June, and really, without their rates I don't think we would have been able to do it (well, at least not without some more difficulty/strain on the wallet.

Also, to show how accomodating they are, at first I thought we were only going to need a 2 day ticket but since we were staying in the hotel for three nights they were giving us a three day ticket in the package price. I called them and asked what if I only needed two and they said, "No problem! We'll just refund the price of the tickets to you and just charge you for the 2 day ticket and save some more money for you" I was shocked that they had the flexibility and the willingness to help out since most other companies are like, well, if you take the 2 day pass, that will be 20,000 dollars more since you're not taking the package we're offering.

The next time I plan a trip to Disneyland (which hopefully will be soon, I'm trying to convince my Mom, Dad, and bro to go) I am definitely going to use them again!

Oh, and we got our pin and lanyard and phone card and everything else really quickly and it built up the excitement of the trip even more!

It was kind of funny, my wife called the GCH yesterday to find out what it would cost to add concierge service to our reservation, and here was the response. "Well ma'am, since you booked through getawaytoday.com, we cannot add it to your package, but if you want to cancel that reservation, we can re-book you with concierge service for $739 per night!" Let's see here, $119 per night w/o concierge, or an extra $620 per day to add concierge in, I wonder what I'm doing. On the bright side, they did confirm that our reservation was good!
