at IOA: Spiderman - as much as humanly possible. Hulk, Dueling Dragons, JPRA

Universal: Mummy - also as much as possible. ET. I'd say Jaws because I've never gotten to experience him at either Universal park :(

I totally agree with Brad, but also want to add Jaws. I loved it at USF!

I surprised no one mentioned Men in Black. I know people that are addicted to that ride. It is far and above the best of the the interactive (read: rides with a gun you shoot things with) rides. Heck there are strategy guides on the net.

In conjunction with this post, I have a question. I have never been to IOA and only once to Universal Orlando and I have only ridden the following: Jaws, Back to future, ET, earthquake and King Kong and that was in 1997. My question is, how do the rides at Universal compare to Disney rides. I love all the Disney rides, but am generally a wimp about roller coasters. I love Rockn Roller coaster and Everest but those are the most "thrilling" rides I have ever been on.

You should love Men In Black and Spiderman. Dueling Dragons and Hulk are major rollercoasters. I enjoyed Dueling Dragons a little more than Hulk: I decided that the design philosophy of Hulk was 'how many ways and times can we send the riders upside down in X feet of track' (where X is a relatively small number). Mummy is pretty good, too - I little more intense than Everest, but the backwards part is a lot shorter.

I didn't do Jurassic Park in Orlando, because it was a little cool (early December) and I didn't feel like getting wet. For the MOST part, I think the really heavy duty 'roller coasters' you can tell that from the outside and see a chunk of the track, too (Hulk I think you can see just about all of it easily). It's not Disney, but we took a day to go to both parks in Early December and I didn't regret it. (And off season, weekday, we were able to do everything we wanted in both parks in the open to just about close day).

Oh, and the Cat in the Hat dark ride is pretty cute!
