I have tried to find time to go up to the office on the City Walk but I just have not made the time.

I worked there a while ago...did you have any specific questions?

Do they have you start at a low job then work your way up?
Or do you get a say in what you would like to do?

Things may have changed since I was there, but when I was there, the show hosts were a part of the Tour Guides. I assume you would apply as a tour guide and go from there. (Of course, there is seniority & stuff, and I have no idea how popular being a show host is vs. doing the tour.)
