Something that urked me when I joined MousePad, was that you had to pay to use avatars and add images to your profile. This is the only message board I've ever visited that has "subscriptions" for avatars. Why is that? Why charge people to add avatars to their posts? I'm totally fine with it, I can live without an avatar. But I'm just curious as to why. Thanks in advance.
