When I go in a few weeks to Universal Orlando the parks close at 6:00. It is still daylight at that time so will they still be holding their nighttime fireworks show, Universal 360? I don't see how it is possible, but I am just wondering.

I just checked the calendar of operating hours for Universal Studios, and they don't start closing at 6:00pm until mid-September. The show's last run will be held in the second week of August, I believe. Universal 360: A Cinesphere Spectacular, begins every night 15 minutes prior to park closing.

Good luck, and have fun! =)

Oops, I'm sorry, I gave you a bit of wrong information in my previous reply. I went to Islands of Adventure yesterday, for the first time in about a week, and they had changed the show time for Universal 360 to 9:00pm. When the show first debuted, they had it running at 9:45pm.

According to the website the park closes at 6:00 for IOA and 7:00 for US the last week of August when I go.

Aw, I'm afraid since you'll be arriving during the last week of August, you won't be able to see the show. Like I said, Universal 360 will have its final performance sometime during the second week of August, on the 12th to be exact (give or take a day or two).

That kind of stinks. It didn't look too thrilling anyway, but I still wanted to see it for myself. Thanks for the info!
