Does the polynesian have bed rails? If not, can a bed be pushed against a wall instead? Would the day bed work better then the bed?
Thanks!

I believe bed rails are available upon request and work rather well. However, we always had an extra pillow on the floor, just in case. :) I am not sure if you would be able to move the bed against the wall as they may be somewhat secured - but someone else may be able to verify such.

Bedrails on the daybed may work as well. Well, I am also thinking of the daybed that they had at the BC - so if they were like that, I think they would work. Just be sure the bed rails are secure enough and are at the right height.

Hope that helps.

Thanks so much for the help. :) I'll call the poly to have them hold one for me, and do the pillow trick as well.

One other little tip is that the bed rails are generally not a long as the bed itself. With that said, make sure you scoot them all the way to the head of the bed to help reduce the risk of your little one sliding out if they tend to be a wiggle-worm. :) (Learned this one from GusJr.

We stayed at the French Quarters and the beds were about 10 inches from the wall. We simply pushed the mattress part over to the wall and put some pillows on the floor at well. It seemed to work pretty well.
