>>When we arrived Thursday morning around 9:30, they have the "Very Busy" signs up, and the Parking Lot CM handed out the "Very Busy" flyer.

When we first enter the park, the Turnstile CM was telling AP holders that they needed to get a handstamp if they planned to return, since it was a "special day". But by Noon, the crowds didn't get that large, and the warning was removed. But Disneyland was still fairly busy.

Lines were pretty short at DCA around 1 PM, GRR had 15 minute posted wait, looked like less than that. Screamin' was about 20 minutes, and I walked onto the Sun Wheel (the moving cars had about a 10 minute wait, you could go directly to the left or right side, and those lines were about only 2/3'rds the way back to the split). <<

Along with the regular update, I’ve posted a supplemental video that includes the entire Believe…In Holiday Magic Fireworks show, which was shot on Dec. 4th just before the Cast Member Holiday Party. In other words—compared to most nights—the park was fairly empty. There were very few attempts by guests to use flash photograph to photograph the fireworks or castle during the show.

The fireworks show is amazing this year, incorporating many of the effects from the Remember / 50th Anniversary fireworks show.

The monorail station has re-opened by the monorail did not run until 5pm. I was told wet paint could still be found upstairs and the opening was delayed until 5pm. At 5pm I saw monorail red making its way down the track.
