A new prop was being installed in Pirates today, it appears to be a large hot air balloon, I was able to take a dark shot of it. Workers were installing the new prop while the ride was still open, it has something to do with the new movie:

Signs were posted on many attractions, stating they will close at 3pm:

At the sub lagoon, cast members were being trained on how to open the hatch of the subs, they use a long pole with a hook to pull up the hatch:

Cast members were being trained today in how to dispatch the subs in the quickest time possible, I was able to get a shot of three subs closely following each other after being dispatched:

A very serious conversation was taking place on the Mark Twain this morning between Disneyland managers. I couldn't hear what was being said, but it appears from all the pointing, that the paddlewheel will have to be rebuilt.
