Are you actually asking about an electric wheelchair or an ECV?

A power chair has about the same footprint as a wheelchair and is controlled by a joystick. Normally it is impossible to rent one unless you are used to having one, and it would be rented from a medical supply company. The company which provides and services the one you own wold provide control and seat settings to the company you will be renting from.

An electric convenience vehicle is either three or four wheels and controlled by a tiller similar to a bicycle handle for steering and a lever on teh tiller for speed control.

The answer you were given has to do with an ECV, not a power chair.

I was looking for an ECV. I didn't realize ther ewas a difference. Thanks for the info.

if you do a search on google as "anaheim wheelchair rentals" you will get a large list of rental companies. the one I suggested is listed there and does rent ecv scooters and delivers them to your hotel.
