You can all thank Mr. eisner for the poor qualityand high prices. Folks just keep paying without saying anything to anyone that counts. I think the best meal in the whole park can be had at the ESPN club at boardwalk. I hate to tell you this and risk the secret getting out. LOL. This and the cellar in Canada ( world showcase) Are the 2 best kept secrets at WDW. I think it's because they are owned and opperated by other than the Kingdom.
As far as eating at the parks themselves...don't do it. Grab snacks and eat back at your room. If you have no choice...God help you. Pack the pepcid and stationary to write a letter about your bad experiences.
